Your monthly income individual or combined must be 2.5 or more of the rental rate.
Incomplete application or with missing information will be put on hold until application is complete.

RENTAL APPLICATION APPROVAL WILL BE BASED ON THE BEST CREDIT SCORE AND BEST INCOME.
